It’s very exciting to me that Miss. L is getting more able to use craft supplies! I was the mom who tried to give her crayons at 8 months. You can imagine my disappointment when I discovered that she was only interested in eating them…you live, you learn.
She is getting quite skilled with the crayons, loves the color options she has with colored pencils, and loves to use stickers whenever her piece needs that little “extra something”.
I want to keep her coloring and crafting supplies organized from the very beginning, so I threw together a little stylish crate while she napped the other day.
1. I found this mini-crate at Goodwill for .50…done. deal.
2. These cute little chalkboard labels and white paint pen can be found at JoAnn.
3. This is my FIRST TIME using any kind of decorating tape. I found these two rolls at Meijer.
4. It was pretty simple. I hot glued the mini-chalkboard label to the front, and alternated the decorating tape around the top and bottom of my crate.

Have a great day! 🙂
