This easy spinach artichoke dip has only 6 ingredients and tons of flavor!
The holidays are approaching, and that means I’d better have a few go-to recipes on the ready. I love to contribute an appetizer to any gathering (less pressure than a menu item….ha!)
This delicious spinach artichoke dip is always a big hit, and it’s so easy that even I can make it! Just 6 ingredients and some simple instructions…perfect!
Ingredients:
10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed)
1 small jar of Hellman’s Light
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 can Parmesan cheese
1 can artichokes (not marinated)
1 T. garlic powder
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in large mixing bowl. (I cut up the artichokes a bit to break them up.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
I used my new Cullen Baking Dish from Birch Lane. I love this kind of oven to table piece.
*Tip* If I am taking this appetizer to another person’s house, I transfer the dip into my mini-crock pot and keep it on low.
I love the vintage details of this baking dish, it looks perfect on my Thanksgiving table.
I also used this pretty Francesca Serving Bowl for the chips. White dishes are so classic and never go out of style. I love adding new white pieces to my collection!
I’m taking part of a very fun Thanksgiving blog hop today! Each blogger is presenting one element of Thanksgiving from the tablescape, to the place setting, to the appetizers, and the meal, we’ve got you covered! Be sure to check out these excellent ideas!
