Here are 5 gorgeous planter ideas for all your summer plants.
Summer is soooo close, I can almost taste it!
What would summer taste like to you? A popsicle? Lemonade? Ice cream? A margarita? All of the above? 😉 Since summer is getting so close, and because our Get Your DIY On theme this month is “Outdoor DIY Projects,” I “dug out” (see what I did there?!) a few favorite favorite planter ideas for a fun summer roundup. Check out these gorgeous planters!
A few weeks ago, I posted this DIY Hanging Gutter Planter. I love this idea, even if I don’t have the perfect spot for it at my house. It’s still hanging over at my parents’ lake cottage. 😉
This Pallet Wood Planter Box is still my favorite rustic planter. I’m using it again this year out on the deck!
I repurposed some old vintage looking buckets for some great planters a few years ago! These Repurposed Summer Planters were perfect for a front or back porch!
These Rope-Wrapped & Painted Planters are awesome, and still one of my favorite little projects! *Note: These planters will not hold up to the elements outside, they’re more of an “indoor planter” if you will.
Another favorite planter for summer was this Three-Tiered Summer Planter that I created nearly three years ago. How time is flying!
Let’s see what my GYDO co-hosts came up with for this month’s outdoor DIY theme:
Confessions of a Serial DIYer’s Summer Wildflower Door Basket
The Hankful House’s Backyard Pallet Bar
The Happy Housie‘s Rolling Stump Outdoor Side Table
Artsy Chicks Rule’s DIY Headboard Bench
We can’t wait to see your outdoor DIYs! Be sure to link up this Sunday at 7:00! See you there!
Have a great day!

These are all such cute ideas, April!! I hope you are getting some time outdoors to enjoy all your adorable planters now that you are out of school (do you sense jealousy in my words?!?). Summer definitely tastes like a margarita – lime, shaken not blended.
